Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center - Portland

Once I found the pavillion entrance things got easier. The front desk personnel quickly greeted me and sent me in the right direction. The staff at the counter downstairs greeted me too. They commented on my great outfit tans I told them that I took extra effort today because I was stressed about this doctors appointment and wanted to put my best foot forward. The woman checking me in went a step further and got me a clipboard to match my jacket. Very thoughtful and made me feel seen. The doctor was wonderful and answered all my concerns and questions. At the check out they even helped me get in touch with a different OHSU doctor who I had been trying to make an appointment with for weeks but never heard back. Really great staff at the cardio center !!!

Outstanding experience from a new Portland resident. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and helpful and super supportive. I love Dr Chelsky who instilled confidence and belief that I have someone knowledgeable and caring. All the support team were excellent. I strongly recommend!

Check in was great! The ME was extremely nice and efficient. And Dr. Chelsky is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He answered all of my questions. It was a great appointment and I am so grateful to have an exceptional doctor that I respect and trust.

Dr. Lee is a pleasant person who listens and describes a picture to see what could be going on in the heart. I really liked that about her. I really felt comfortable asking her all the questions that i had concerns about, and she reassured you of her decision. I am pleased to visit with Dr. Lee, as she gave me the good news that all tests showed no blockage. All staff were very respectful and professional. I recommend Dr. Lee and office practice.
