I am SO grateful for the kind and knowledgeable staff at this hospital, including the ER staff, doctors, lab techs, CT and MRI techs, nurses, CNAs, nutrition services, and everyone else. They treated me quickly, took everything seriously, and were so empathetic, thorough, and responsive to what I was going through. They were kind, patient, and helpful to my family members as well. I also received test results back quickly on my phone through MyChart, and received a quick response from my doctor after being discharged when I had a follow up question. Overall I had a positive experience here because of the amazing staff! Thank you!

I had an outpatient surgery done today. Checking in was a breeze! The CSR was very nice. I can't remember her name, only that it was quite unique. But she has an Xmas tree behind her desk that was absolutely adorable! Once in my room, my nurses Patty and Kaitlyn was were so sweet and thorough. They discussed everything they were doing in detail. My anesthesiologist Dr. Schwab was nice and to the point. Gave me detailed information. Even adjusted the type of intubation tube he would use to minimize and post sx coughing. Dr Vandlac, my urologist surgeon was great. Very professional and described the procedural steps in a very easy way for the average laymen to understand. Once in the sx suite, the attending nurses were nice and funny, when describing my "deluxe package". I am sorry to say I don't remember their names (at this point my nerves were in high gear), and wish I can include them so they get the recognition they truly deserve. The female attending nurse stood by me and stroked my hand to keep me calm. A very nice gesture. Surgery went very well, very fast and recovery was a breeze. But most importantly, every staff member I came in contact with asked me to name what procedure I was having. Not because they didn't know, but to make sure I knew, and to confirm what I there for. Made me feel very safe All in all, I was very pleased with the entire process. Thank you W.F. Providence and your staff for making my surgical journey and pleasant one!

My son was born here back in 1993, been coming to this facility off and on sine I was a child, never once had a complaint, until now! Let start with the Doctor, she is the most incompetent, thin skinned, unprofessional, so called Dr I've ever encountered. She does not know the difference between three times a day (TID) and every 8 hours (q8h). She overdosed two different medications, causing an already weakened kidney issue into a tailspin towards stage 4 kidney failure. Then tried to cover it all up by sending her nurses in to make excuses for the increased dosage as her attempt to jumpstart the antibiotics due to another diagnosis that she later stated in her own report didn't exist. She then went and corrected the dosage in the chart as if know one would notice. She tried to blame me for not drinking enough water as the reason. I'm laying in bed, having a bed monitor on needing SBA due to recent surgery. My pitcher of water is always empty. I drink what is available. I'm told I'm on a fluid restriction. Is it my job to monitor my intake? I'm not thirsty. Then we have nurses that can't tell time, social workers that can't read. I can't get out of here quick enough. Thank you Dr Nasir DO for walking out of the room twice without finishing our conversations and for hanging up on me. Not the most professional way to conduct yourself. Take responsibility for your actions, making mistakes is being human, covering them up is unconscionable. Consequences are inevitable.

My mother went there for extreme abdominal pain, the nurses and doctors were not empathetic. They sent her home knowing she would be back, said there was nothing they saw on the scans. Fast forward to 5 hours later and my mom is in an ambulance to Meridian Park, they found blockage in her small intestine pretty quickly. They were all around not helpful and bedside manner was atrocious.

Worst emergency room visit ever. Triage nurses were more than rude. Very unprofessional, snide comments, all around a HORRIBLE experience. I will encourage anyone I know to never step foot in that place! If you want quality care (or any sort of care really) for you or your loved ones I encourage you to stay far away from Willamette Falls Hospital.
