I received very good care from Dr. Bergquam. She listened and offered sugggestions. I prefer her to my regular PCP and I will probably change to her.

I never experienced such a horrible,belittling,attacked so un heard in a Dr visit ever!She was almost yelling at me as I walked out of the room sooo uncomfortable (in the Hallway unbelievable !!!!BEWARE THIS DR. IS AWEFUL,I reported her no one deserves this treatment One star is too much for her!!!

I received absolutely terrible care from Dr. Bergquam. I established care with her at Providence Newberg in November of 2021. I had recently suffered a traumatic miscarriage at 10 weeks and was suffering from panic attacks, which I brought up during our appointment. Instead of listening to what I was saying, Dr. Bergquam prescribed me medication for generalized anxiety (which I don't have) and then coded the visit as a specialist visit, simply because I mentioned my mental health issues. I don't mind paying more for my visit, but on principle, I shouldn't have to pay more simply because I discussed my medical history with her and asked for help. She also demonstrated no empathy and had terrible bedside manner. Don't go to her if you are looking for a compassionate provider who looks at your medical history holistically - she won't be doing that for you.
