I saw Dr Hong For a consultation re the need for a valve replacement. She was professional, thorough & explained everything plus all the risks. She was friendly plus asked if I had any comment or questions. She later did an angiography that produced an additional, issue. I trust her & the Asante team of cardiologists to remedy these issues.

I waited in the examination room for an hour and a half before they called Dr. Hong to return. I was in the room from 10:45 til 12:30. Everyone seemed to leave for lunch. RediRide could not wait but sent another driver who came over an hour later. I hope next visit is better as it's over an hour in each direction to my home in Cave Junction.

Waited quite a while in examining room for Dr. Hong but Dr. Hong spent time examining me and fully explaining everything to me once she saw me. Also, I am substantially deaf and Dr. Hong speaks quickly but when I explained that I lip read to her, she slowed down and made sure I understood.
