Dr. Valencia is by far the worst PCP I have ever been to. He has no people skills and is impatient and angry for no reason. When he asks why you've come in, or what your symptoms are, or what you'd like him to do for you, if immediately, aggressively, cuts you off before you've finished responding, then gets angry if you try to finish. This has happened all 3 times I've seen him. I always feel attacked and abused and very shook up. I'm literally afraid to go back to see him. I'm surprised by all the good reviews he has and just don't understand what is going on. Perhaps something very negative is going on in his personal life that he's letting affect his professional life? I don't know. It's just bizarre. I'm definitely going to get a new PCP as I am afraid of him.
