One of the few 5's I give. Everyone there is wonderful. Dealt with each at various ER visits. Each one is professional and personal. They enjoy their jobs and it shows. They listen to you and treat you as a person. Best Cartiologist group in the state in my hubby and my eyes. Love them all.
Could not find a good cardiologist that would take on new patients. While having my third heart attack, November of 2018, and while in the ER, Dr Kubac was on call and attended me. I asked the nurses what they thought of him and they had nothing but high praise for him. Before going into surgery, crying, I begged him to be my doctor. He took my hand and squeezed and said of course. From that day on I'm in love with my cardiologist. He listens to what I have to say and trys to solve the problems.
I was referred to this clinic by my Dr so I went to see Dr. Carlson in regards to my heart. He was concerned about my weight (I understand that) but you DON'T ever tell a patient that they are FAT! YOU BE PROFESSIONAL. He told me that I was FAT (yes he said that) & didn't know why I was FAT & talked about diet & exercise. I have COPD so I am limited in what I can do. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN & will NOT recommend Dr. Carlson for anything!!!
Horrible experiences. The elderly women at the front desk is so rude, and speaks to you in such a belittling way you do not want to even attempt to make contact with her. I just turned 30 when I was suggested a pace maker. Seeing as my appointment went something like this "you look like your needing a pacemaker, how's two weeks from now...great...talk to the front desk." In shock, I asked if I can set up another appointment to go over what everything means, some reassurance. Straight to my face was told, "Do you want it or not?" Then after cancelling my appointments, they reschedule them, without my knowledge, and send me a $50 fee for a missed appointment. Not only could they not give me a diagnosis, they were pushy about it. I said I would maybe like a second opinion, they were so offended, they told me "good luck!" Wow. I would never recommend this place.
I would give this a 0 if I could. My mother just left from her appointment with the dr and he told her "there's nothing wrong with your heart. You're just fat and don't know why you're fat" she has COPD and she can't run/exercise like others , and he told her to run up and down stairs at work. She will NEVER be back to see that DR. ever again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PROFESSION
