Let me start by saying that I really like Dr. Pacini and the attention he gave me during my visit. However, his medical assistant, managers and receptionist are the worst. I saw Dr. Pacini on September 30 and he ordered an ECHO for me. He said "they" would need to get approval from my insurance company and once obtained, would call me to set up the appointment. Here it is, October 19, and I still haven't heard one word from his assistant. I have left 3 messages for him and a message each to 2 of the managers asking that someone call me back to update me on the status because my insurance is really quick with authorizations. Each time I call, I let the receptionist know my concern and frustration but all she does is transfer me to a voicemail. I'm left to believe that they aren't interested nor concerned with my health and would prefer I seek medical help with another doctor. Very irritating and so unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to that clinic!!
