Gross Brian MD

Dr. Brian Gross is unique in my recent encounters with Health Care professionals in Southern Oregon. The first impression . . .he smiles and honestly seems to enjoy contact with his patients. He is attentive to detail and picked up on several medication errors that had been missed by others who viewed my chart. He is also open to input from his patients and as a result I was able to find a replacement for a problematic medication. He is also sympathetic to the extra stress and demands placed on Coastal Oregon patients who usually have to drive for three hours on a very dangerous road for inland appointments. He is unique and a refreshing change from the usual . . .

Dr Gross has a very straight forward about my heart problems and treatment plan. I feel he cares about my health and he has a great bedside manner. I'm truly grateful for his care and trust and agree with his plan of treatment for me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Gross is my dad's cardiologist, he is very attentive and you can tell he genuinely love/cares for his patients and his job. He takes his time with his patients, answers all your questions and never makes you feel like he's in a hurry to leave the room. My dad feels safe and enjoys seeing Dr. Gross when he goes to his appointment because, he knows he's in safe hands. Highly recommend Dr.Gross as a cardiologist.

He would not allow me to ask questions and talked over me. He rushed me along and passed me off to a "Team" I never got scheduled for because the appointment setter got mad because she was complaining about the new administration and audits and I politely told her that it had nothing to do with me and I was stressing about missing my ready ride! Ruuuuuuuuude

Dr Gross was wonderful! He was kind , reassuring and very informative in educating me about my heart! I am grateful to have an opportunity to say how very great our experience was with Dr Gross and the office staff! Thank you all for your hard work and making this a great experience.
