Dr. Yong Shin and his entire cardiac care team are truly exceptional. From the beginning, I felt seen, understood, and genuinely cared for during one of the most frightening times of my life. I was scared and not always an easy patient, yet every nurse, CNA, and staff member showed incredible patience, knowledge, and kindness. They took the time to explain things, reassure me, and treat me with dignity and compassion every step of the way. Heart surgery is terrifying, but knowing I was in the hands of such a skilled and caring team made all the difference. If you want the very best care for your heart, this is where you need to be. Dr Shin is amazing cardiologist doctor, he has operated on my husband 2 times and he was caring and he truly was my hero for saving my husband.He made me feel comfortable and gave me peace through my husband surgeries. The staff was so caring too. And Dr Shin really cares for his patients. Dr. Shin helped save my moms life! He's one of the kindest & caring people. He went out if his way to keep us in a positive mindset and assured us he and his team would do everything they could do to get our mom back to us!
