Kaiser Permanente Mt. Talbert Medical Office

I am giving 3 stars because of how nice the employee are out there. I would give it 5 stars if there was a way that y'all could not have people waiting for over 3 hours for urgency care. I was told that there was gonna be about a 2 hour wait, however It was over three. It would've been different had i not checkd in at the when the clinic opened. I happened to be at a cardiology appointment and thought I will try this urgent care since i was already there. Normally i would've headed back on the other side of the bridge to cascade park closer to home. Long day with my pups in the car

I am satisfied with the treatments I have received at Kaiser which include a major surgery a few years back. Will remain on the advantage plan that I have. I like the convenience of receiving various services in one area. The Mt. Talbert visit went smoothly. Didn't have to wait. The caregiver was friendly and efficient. This clinic is farthest from me so longer waits for appointments is not so great. Clinics closer to me didn't have available time slots for 2-3 months.

No wait to see physician. Sign on wall signaling if your appointment is running 15 minutes late to pick up the phone and dial for help was a little alarming. The handwriting was messy, it looked unprofessional and wasn't easily legible. I didn't even see it, my husband did. Didn't inspire confidence. Dr. Lambert is amazing and she had a great staff to help her. Just clean up the waiting room so patients (like me) who have never been there before feel the overall excellence, cleanliness and orderliness we are used to at Kaiser facilities.

My appointment was on time, I was listened to and given good information. The person who took me to the exam room was personable and efficient. The nurse practitioner was capable and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer questions and give me tips on being healthier and more comfortable in my life. I felt seen and heard. A+

Just fine. The technician who administered the exam was on-time, polite, clear about what I should do and how the test worked, and -- I trust -- accurate in her readings. I was out about an hour before I had expected to be. And I received the results the next day, although I await a conference with my physician to interpret them.
