I just wanted to thank Benjamin richards my physical therapist at canby sports rehab for helping me to get on track as I had a total knee replacement and since I've been seeing him am finding out my range of motion as far as bending, walking has really improved...I want to thank ben for helping and giving me a positive attitude to my situation as its going to take time to heal..its all good and I feel in good hands when am at physical therapy...thanks again ben for helping me to get better again sincerely Dean martin a highly satisfied customer

We met with an accident 1.7 miles away from this center and we went for help for a minor ear ring pull off cut. This hospital neither they clean or first aid or did not do any minor help for a need bleeding person. Such a shame having that big of a infrastructure and a medical system that is not able support people need. On top of all the things, they asked for ton of details and made us wait for 30 minutes and left us with suggestion of going to a different hospital which is 1 hour away.

This is for the family medicine. They were helpful at first but they do not know what imaging test need to be ordered for the neck pain I've been having. They also just told me keep doing physical therapy even though I've done a lot already. One of the doctors even just tried to tell me the neck pain is muscle spasms. I know what muscle spasms are and it's definitely not muscle spasms. That same doctor that told me it was muscle spasms tried to convince me to take a different NSAID than Ibuprofen even though I told her I can't because they mess with my Gerd. I would avoid at all costs.

Great Place if you want to feel like a number being pushed through the health care system. Urgent Care is great, Family practice needs a great deal of work. They are understaffed and there are no female MD's. I just want to go to a medical office where they understand I am a human, one that has minimal medical needs - but when I need help, I need help. Not a phone call saying sorry, we need to change your appointment because ... because... because.....(yes, this has happened 75% of the time). On the search for a new family provider.

I have been using Providence in Canby for years and had to have blood drawn there today.The girls at the desk are always quick to greet me and check me in. Very friendly and professional. Crystal did my draw and was also very kind asking several times if I was OK during the procedure. I am so glad I have this facility close by and will always highly recommend them to family and friends.
