I think there are some really great aspects to this facility, but the lab reception staff is not one of them. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this is not just poor customer service, this is rudeness to the point I don't even see how is possible. There must be legitimate effort being put into being so utterly obnoxious to customers. My family and I have stopped going to Summit for this reason. I've also heard others report the same, including people who work there. I was even asked by a staff member at Summit to leave a review, as they are just praying that management will finally do something about it.
