Terrible. Took off work after doctor told me dropping off fertility sample would be totally fine for 30min. Got there signed in as time sensitive drop off. There was nobody even at the computers for 20minutes I was well over my time limit just for a drop off. 3 lady came walking out together and sat on their computers. Called me up. One said that they needed it within 15 to 20minutes the other said that I wasn't marked as time sensitive and I could've gone up to them and asked. Wait... ask who? The ladies not at the counter for longer than my limit?

Had to bring my 7 yr old here for blood draw while fasting, when we checked in there were 9 in front of us, only 20-30 min wait. The nurse was great with my son and helped him relax and feel calm. Very impressed with their staff.

I've had to wait between an hour and a half to two hours for a simple blood draw and pre surgical COVID test. I do not understand why they use the same people to check in patients and do the blood draws, it's massively inefficient. When I checked in a little over an hour after open, there were already over 20 people waiting ahead of me. And not only that, staff do not seem to be trying to move the check in process along due to how much they chat with patients. I understand customer service is part of the job and asking about a patients day, but the degree of casualness seems like that of a small practice and not the only hospital in the entire region. How can the hospital think this is an effective way to run their labs?

From the moment I walked in the greeter was welcoming, informative and extremely friendly. Wait time was stated before you checked in, so I knew what I would be expecting. Lara, was my person/phlebotomist (?) taking my blood samples. She was wonderful. I'm not a fan of needles and her skills made my experience quick and stressful. Thank you all for your hard work. Much appreciated. Way far better than my experience at Quest Diagnostics. Felt cared for.

Ridiculous wait times. After 30 minutes only 3 names called with 20 waiting. This happened twice so I left twice! Seems the system they follow has the person drawing blood sitting at the outside desk, then runs back & forth to draw blood in the back. What a waste of time, they need a better system. Will go to Redmond.
