East Cascade Women's Group

I had an issue with my IUD and was able to get a same day appointment (hooray!). I was on my lunch break and ran over from St Charles and was able to have my old IUD removed and a new IUD placed in less than 45 mins! I ran back over to work and finished my shift feeling so much better after having the painful IUD removed. 10/10 recommend this practice, every employee I've interacted with has been professional, considerate, and genuinely listened to my concerns! Specifically, I've been seen by Erica S., NP twice and she's the best!

The East Cascade Women's Group is simply amazing. From entering to exiting will you be met with the most friendliest and most welcoming personal. I am a new patient and was seen by Dr. Jessica Davis which is the most amazing Doctor I had the pleasure of meeting. She took my concerns serious and validated my pain. She was also very thoroughly in her assessments and ordered necessary labs. I've had bad experience with doctors in the past that have not taken me serious or did a thorough exam and test so it was a great experience to finally see someone that took me, my pain and concerns serious and developed a plan to deal with all of it. She is simply amazing and I can only recommend her.

Pay attention to the bad reviews here- they are real. I've been a patient here for four years. It has been miserable. During this time, three excellent doctors and nurses I've worked with have all left. Each time I get transferred to a new one I can't get my medication. They then insist that I can't get refills until I meet a new practitioner. After fifteen phone calls, attempts to make an appointment with a new practitioner (even though my care is fully up to date), and pharmacy requests for refills, I finally get an appointment, have to explain my history all over, and wind up half the time with the wrong prescriptions called in. Thank God I have good insurance to pay for all these visits. They don't care at all if you are a PM woman on HRT just trying to get what you need to manage symptoms. They also "updated their system", so each time I call I am grilled for my insurance again. They farmed out their work paperwork to a corporation as well. If you need a notice for work, you'll have to provide private info to a company, and you'll never get any forms. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. And if you are looking for HRT support, they can't help.

I've had a terrible experience with this practice over several years. Other than the one nurse who really tries to help (Debbie), these are very miserable people who do not care about supporting women. There is no empathy for the patient experience. In particular, if you are looking for non-pregnancy related care, you will be at the bottom of the list, as you won't be a guaranteed revenue source. It is very difficult to get an appointment, and when you can't get one, they won't renew your prescription. They have moved several services to online or corporate outsourcing, including replying to reviews and maintaining their online score, as well as responding to many patient-related inquiries. I would recommend going to a primary care physician for most of what they can do instead of ever coming to this practice. And for pregnancy care- their reputation is poor too.

All the women (and the men) at East Cascades are wonderful. Each of the practitioners I have interacted with, both MDs and midwives, have been excellent. Dr. Smith is a very intelligent, reasonable, and reassuring provider, and I am so glad I found her for my OB care! I have also found the rest of the ancillary staff at the clinic to be easy to work with and kind.
