I really liked Dr. G when I had my consultation with her. She listens to you and takes in information well. The problem I have is with the office and the refills. The office often can't schedule out longer than six months because they "don't know her schedule." An appointment should be made at the time the patient leaves, so there's a new appointment in place. Refills for heart meds: This office doesn't give refills, at least to me, so when I call my pharmacy they have to call the doctor's office every time. The office is often unresponsive, so I have to call. Today I called five times and whomever looks at refills was unavailable. I left messages each time I called. I still have no meds and am out of one medication. This is unconscionable when heart patients are on these meds for life. Recommendations: Make the next appointment as the patient leaves. Have refills that last a year Without these two changes, this office is frustrating. They are making way more work for themselves and just can't handle bug.
