Excellent treatment. Went there for a heart check and it has been a great experience. All personell including Dr and nurses are friendly and very professional. Also the front desk personell is great. They call you on the time of your appointment. No waiting time. I am so pleased that I am in good hands. Thank you you all.
Windsor Cardiac is honestly one of the best clinics I've been to. The staff are professional, organized, and very patient when explaining everything. The doctors take their time with you, make sure you understand your results, and never make you feel rushed. Appointments run smoothly, the environment is clean, and everyone is respectful. If you need cardiac testing or follow-ups, this is definitely the place to go.
I had a terrible experience at this cardiac centre. I told them in advance that I would not be able to attend an appointment, yet they still booked me for and they call to let you know about your appointment a day before and expect you to show you whenever they want you to and then tried to charge me a fee when I didn't show up. When I went in today for my actual appointment, the staff were very rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue. It's completely unfair and shows how poorly they treat their patients. They seriously need to learn how to communicate properly and deal with people respectfully. If you truly care about your health, this place isn't for you. I do not recommend this clinic at all.
The clinic is great, the doctor and the nurses are so welcoming. I always look forward for my appointments, and the medicine he describes is very good.
After arriving I only waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Farrag was excellent.
