I have been there twice now and each visit has been excellent. The receptionist has always been friendly, informative and prompt. My sonographer Bert was absolutely amazing. He put me at ease, was professional and had a terrific bedside manner. In this day and age where everyone complains about healthcare I have been totally genuinely impressed with this clinic.

I have just received a call from them to delay my appointment for another month, which I was waiting already for 3 months. I told her I already took this day off my work, I can't afford another day off. She raised her voice and was so rude with me and then hanged up on me. Are they even health care professionals!! I wish every parent gives some efforts to raise well disciplined kids to the society. I wish this nurse or receptionist can't give other traumas to other patients. Hopefully, family doctors see my review and stop sending their patients to this place.

In May 2024, I booked three tests at Ottawa Cardiovascular Centre Orleans: * Echocardiogram * Holter Monitor ECG * Ambulatory BP Monitor The clinic rescheduled my appointments, and I clearly requested that all confirmations be sent to me by email so I would not miss them. Unfortunately, I never received any appointment emails. When I followed up by phone, I was told that I had missed my appointment and that a voicemail had been left. I explained that I never received or heard any voicemail. I also asked them several times to double-check my email address, and they confirmed it was correct. Despite this, the same problem happened again -- they said I missed the appointment even though I had never received proper confirmation. Later, they told me I would need to pay a penalty. I agreed, but again requested that future appointments be confirmed by email so this would not happen again. They said "okay," but up until today, I have not received any appointment or confirmation. This experience has been very frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. In my opinion, patients deserve proper communication and reliable appointment confirmations, especially by email when they specifically request it. If the clinic management sees this review, I kindly ask them to investigate my case with their staff and address this issue seriously.

Un professional service they book appointments without telling you till the day of. Takes months in advance to get appointment then cancel on you last minute.doctor does not follow threw with phone call when promised. Honestly I recommend another office to deal with you will be jerked around from this location and never get any answers.

When spoke ti one of the staff over the phone she was very condescending with big attitude, when the call was ending I said thank you and have a great day thinking that how ppl end a call even when I didn't have to be nice. The person on the phone just hung up on me right away. Called back to express how rude she was then her manger calls back to tell me go somewhere else, just toke her side without checking what happened
