My first time ever having a cardiology assessment and it was a great experience. The staff were all friendly and kind. A special acknowledgement to Madison (the Cardio Sonographer). She was patient, thorough, kind and professional. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

Amazing clinic. Runs like a fee for service medical facility. Answers their phones on the first or second ring. Books in a logical time frame. Maddison was super great to deal with.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent echocardiogram examination at your clinic. During my visit, I was attended to by a trainee student who performed the test. The examination lasted for more than 45 minutes, and throughout most of the procedure, she kept applying pressure on the same spot on my chest while I remained in the same lying position. This caused me significant discomfort during the test, and since then, I have been feeling pain in my heart area and the surrounding muscles. I understand that training is important for medical students, but patients' comfort and safety should always come first. I kindly ask that you review this incident, ensure that proper supervision and procedure time limits are followed, and provide a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
