The ladies were amazing. My appointment was right on time and I felt very comfortable. Very clean and the ultrasound technician was very patient. She explained everything that she was doing. The only issue is the address. Says 40 Elm. If you go in the front door at 40 Elm you have to walk through the entire mall just to get to the door of the mall that says 10 Elm. But as for service? FANTASTIC. Thank you

They were at the new rainbow Center! Absolutely friendly and very welcoming! Thank you! No waiting time! Easiest way to get to the center is to use these doors saves a lot of walking!! Park at the bus station and cross there , door says #10 by the flashing lights!!! Than take the elevator!

My appt was at 12:35, I arrived and parked at 12:20 and was driving out of the parking lot at 12:50. Very efficient, short wait times. Clean, lots of space. The instructions I was given to get there seemed a bit confusion. I ended up parking at entrance P2 walked down a hall turned right and continued all the way to the clinic. Very straight forward. You could also enter at P3, even shorter walk to the clinic. Turn right and go straight down until you see the clinic on your left. All glass entry way. Keep in mind p2 and p3 are not accessible. There 4 stairs at each entry. Overall positive experience. The new facility is great.

easily accessible provided you ask receptionist for directions and adhere to them; otherwise, you may walking needlessly. Very welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of security throughout the center so no need about safety. Bonus One hour parking is free.

We got to our appointment two hours early and they took us in promptly. Was very impressed and it allowed us to get to our destination quicker. Thank you
