Completely devoid of any human character. No interest in Previous testing and assumed personal information. Acted insulted when asked his last name. Going by your First name alone is for TV doctors not those wanting clear understanding of your background. I definitely will seek to avoid him if I need a cardiologist in the future.

My poor Grandmother waited for three hours to see the amazing doctor Ravi which we all adore. His receptionists on the other hand.... She was the first appointment of the day. Showed up 20 minutes early. Received her first test at 9am then was left. She sat patiently while she watched countless patients walk into the clinic receiving all there tests and speaking with the doctor and leave. When by I finally mentioned it to the receptionist. She said oh ya! She is next! No apologies or even acknowledgment offered. Than it happened again! And again. No acknowledgment no respect for my beautiful grandmothers patients. Very disappointing to say the least.
