My first visit there was for an ultrasound only. The office is bright and the reception was pleasant. My technician(s) were kind and efficient. A positive experience.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The cardiologist was highly knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, making me feel well-informed and reassured about my health. The testing process was exceptionally thorough and conducted with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating, promptly rescheduling my appointment at my request. Clinics like this truly exemplify the high standards of healthcare in Canada, setting a great example of patient-centered care.

When you have to get the holter monitor or have testing done at the lab down the hall from this cardiology clinic, always ask for a female technician if that matters to you. They did not do that for my elderly mother who was really put off by the fact that they didn't give her a choice or correct the situation to make her more comfortable. Really ignorant way of running a business. They told her she would have to ask for a female tech when she makes her next appointment. As well, he fumbled through the appointment and was painfully slow at doing everything.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic due to the receptionist's behavior. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic communication skills. It was incredibly frustrating trying to get clear information, as they struggled to speak English properly and showed no courtesy toward patients. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where professionalism and respect should be the standard. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
