INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital

All of the nurses and staff were wonderful and the doctors as well, I only had one incident that I was uncomfortable with with one nurse, but I know they are very busy and there are different personalities, but beyond that every single staff member was wonderful, caring, attentive to my needs and genuinely wanted the best for me. I have been here before and I consider it the best hospital in the area thank you so much for you kindness and caring. Bless you and I couldn't thank you enough.

The evening crew that I had treating me was fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my time in the emergency room.Special shoutout to Nurse Contessa and Provider Summer made my experience fun (under the circumstances of course), relaxing, and easy. They were very apologetic regarding any delays in treatment, which was greatly appreciated!

Went for a mammogram-Receptionist could have been more professional. I arrived before they were there (early appt) and i was seated right by the window and she didn't see me. Then saw me. Which I had only been there 5 min. Proceded to talk with someone about how I was just sitting there. Um excuse me I was waiting on you to get situated before and was going to get up to let you know I was there when she saw me. I Also didn't like that I had to pass by the office reception desk where I was visible to the waiting room while being in a gown to get to and from the procedure room. I was glad no one was in waiting area. What if my chest gown opened or something. Didn't feel private.

Dr. Jason Brown and all the hospital staff are top notch. They were all very helpful and kind and I was given great care from start to finish. They all went out of their way to make me comfortable and well informed. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff and facility. Thank you!

Great experience overall. Nursing staff was fabulous; all medical professionals were as well. My only issue was the rep who checked me in when I first arrived. She looked bored, did not greet me or even say Hello. She simply stared at me. She appeared confused throughout the whole check in process and then tried to tell me I needed to pay money as well as sign a beneficiary paper. She could not pronounce beneficiary nor did she understand the meaning. She then attempted to tell me where the waiting room was and again had no clue. She needs training as well as how to work with patients/customer service skills. At least say Hello and speak. Pretty sad experience with check in
