Shannon provided education regarding the placement of the Watchman device. Shannon had a very pleasant affect and was also very professional. She used language and terminology that was very user friendly and I was able to easily understand much of her information. The areas I did not readily understand were further explained and she made sure I understood what she was saying.

Was really impressed with Ms Espy throughout the entire process. Unfortunately had to have heart surgery to replace a valve. Fortunately my cardiologist Dr. Augustus Caine found the problem and turned it over to Ms Espy to coordinate all the tests that go along with this issue. She was very informative and explained each procedure so I would understand. I had the surgery May 7 and now have a clean bill of health. Thank you and your team for such amazing care.
