Dr. Fazel has been my cardiologist for quite a few years now. I have never known him to be anything other than the absolute best. He is understanding, compassionate, and has always taken the time necessary to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I trust his judgment implicitly.
My husband has a defibrillator that has been beeping for three days. We were told by Medtronic to contact the doctor. Of course it was a weekend, but I called anyway. I got the answering service, and was told that Dr. Fazel doesn't take calls from the service. So why have an answering service if you don't want to be bothered? It is now Monday, and I called the office. The phone rang 23 times and was never answered. This doctor doesn't give a crap about his patient's. You certainly could not depend on him if you were having a heart attack.
Dr. Fazel became part of my medical team when I experienced heart issues during labor and delivery. Dealing with a potential heart condition while delivering my first baby was scary and overwhelming. Fear ran through my body as uncertainty set in for what this could mean for our new family. However, as soon as Dr. Fazel entered our hospital room my perspective changed and my mind was put at ease. From the moment Dr. Fazel first met with us he was compassionate and professional. He took time to listen to my concerns and genuinely cared about our situation. He gave us factual information with sensitivity. Dr. Fazel spoke with us until we felt confident we understood the prognosis and next steps, giving us his full attention despite having a very busy schedule. It is because of Dr. Fazel that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our first evening as a new family of three. I would highly recommend Dr. Fazel to anyone who is looking for a cardiologist that is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I have been using Dr Fazel For a couple of years. And my pharmacy has dropped the ball several times on getting my refills. I have called their office and every time they have been on top of it and I have my prescription sent over within the day. Thank you so much for the fast service. High blood pressure medicine is kind of a big deal
After heart attack at 45 and open heart at 46, I have had years with this doctor and could not recommend him more highly. He is extremely compassionate. I never feel rushed, he answers every question I have completely, regardless if it is about my heart or not. He is so kind and helps me feel optimistic about my future!
