While Dr. Auerbach is an amazing physician and this review is no reflection on his care, I had a very disappointing experience with the scheduling staff. A staff member called to reschedule my appointment, and when I asked about Monday availability, she simply said 'no.' Before I could finish my sentence--explaining that I wouldn't be able to see him that week--she abruptly said 'Goodbye' and hung up on me. While I understand everyone needs employment, this individual's lack of basic customer service skills is a disservice to the Institute. I hope management identifies this staffer and moves them to a non-patient-facing role.
