Appointment is on time. Everyone is friendly and seems happy to be there. I like Tameka at the front desk. (Not sure on the spelling of her name). Dr. Hanna's assistant Stephanie I believe, was pleasant also. Dr. Hannah explained everything so it was understandable to me. I enjoy seeing Dr. Hannah he makes me feel comfortable with my issues. I recommend him to anyone who asks.
As always the entire staff is pleasant & professional, front to back! We have never had an unpleasant experience there! Dr. Hanna and staff have been awesome. Calls are quickly answered or returned. Information is always presented factually. Time for questions and discussions is never rushed. Every aspect of Tony's health issues are noted and taken into account.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Karen our nurse was exceptional! She gave us all the attention we needed even when she was Over loaded with others. She was personable, sincerely caring. I feel she greatly deserves an award for her exceptional care she gave.
Dr Kacere is the best very nice and professional I feel safe with him as my Dr. His whole staff are very professional and friendly thank you all!!!
Dr Pike was very informative. He explained well and gave me plenty of time for questions. I was very impressed with him, his nurse and the front desk. I could not have had a more positive experience!
