If you are scheduled for a C & P exam with this guy, run the other way as fast as you can. Reschedule, he is a fraud. According to VA regulations examiners are required to be non-adversarial to veterans. He did not do what was required and flat-out lied. My exam was a re-evaluation. After my DBQ was submitted by him, the VA was going to reduce my 100% rating to 10%. I appealed, went through the whole lengthy and stressful process, finally had a legitimate exam, and have kept my 100% rating. He is with QTC, and they need to dump him. Why aren't there any negative stars?

This man doesn't even deserve 1 star he denied a person who is in a walker, incontinent with urine and bowel. He must get paid a lot from Social Security because he denies everyone!!! He checked her lungs and knees and made her walk 2 feet. He needs to be reported and his license revoked!! He is vile!! And a joke

This doctor is completely incompetent. Did not know what fibromyalgia was when I went in for a disability evaluation called me after I was in office for three minutes to come back because he just googled what he had to do for fibromyalgia his exact words just got my denial letter from disability he Stated that I did not wear glasses and that I was fully mobile with no problems there when I was there I could barely walk and fell. My glasses fell off, and he was the one picked up point blank lies there is no other way to put it.

If this is the doctor that you get assigned for a VA claim, SA or anything of that nature, just be prepared. Whatever agency's works for is who he favors in his write ups. As an example he spends all of 5 minutes with you, maybe. My friend was denied presumptive injury after seeing this .... person. And what that means for those who don't know, if you were in a fire, you are automatically going to have lung damage. Well if you go see this "doctor", nope your lungs are healthy and the signs of smoke damage are not caused by the fire, but natural air pollution. Just as an example. He is a hack. I'm going to the medical board and I would suggest you do the same.

Absolute garbage. I went In for disability until my surgeries are finished and i can Get back to work. He looked more at my legs, and back than anything. I'm not sure he even looked at my hands which my left one is completely sideways from an accident. He saw me maybe for 5 minutes total. I will Be calling the health board. He is negligent and I cannot believe the state would use him, esp with all these people having same reports. So pathetic.
