Took my father for a 1:15pm appointment this week arrived at 12:45pm. At 3:30pm Dr.Miller still had not made it to the room to see my father. I spoke to his nurse a few times during our wait plus the front desk and each one of them thought the wait was normal. When Dr Miller finally made it in the room to see my father he was rude and pissed off that I had went to the front desk. My father was referred to Dr Miller. Dr Miller took it upon himself to explain other medical issues and tell my dad this is what he will die from. He never offered a treatment or testing. Waiting to be seen for 2 hours is excessive in any situation. Everyone's time is important but this was rude and horrible way to treat a patient.
Our primary doctor has since put in a new referral with a completely different hospital.

Dr. Kevin Miller is one of a kind! He's calm, cool, collected -- the kind of doctor who could walk into chaos and still manage to make you feel like everything's going to be okay. He listens (even when you're talking a mile a minute ), stays patient, and somehow keeps a straight face through all the wild questions you throw at him. A true talent!
His team is always kind and helpful and the office runs smoother than my nerves during most appointments.
Thank you, Dr. Miller, for showing compassion, professionalism, and just enough mystery to keep things interesting. You handled everything with grace -- even when I probably didn't. Would definitely recommend you to anyone needing a doctor who actually cares.
