Dr. Gibson and Julie are absolutely my most favorite duo in healthcare. Their kindness, empathy, and unwavering dedication to their patients go far above expectations. My first time to this place. The process was very easy, there was a really nice lady at the information desk that helped me. Once to the EKG the lady that did my EKG was nice. Once done there i went to the doctors office area where i was called back to my appointment within 15 minutes. Everyone was very Professional and friendly. I felt that i could speak/ talk freely. The doctor was very easy to talk to and she was very thorough

Dr. Khastgir is absolutely amazing! His whole team is amazing. It was my first time there and I felt so comfortable and safe, like you just know everyone there is gonna take care of you and take your health seriously. :)

The staff are always just great and I have no problem with any of them. I've been going to Integris for about 15 years and yet to have any problems with any of the staff. But the biggest issue, and it seems to be getting worse, is the elevators. I waited 10 minutes to go up when I first got there and about the same trying to go down when I was done. There were just two elevators out of four working, which seems to be the normal. Very seldom is there even 3 working.

This was my 1st appt.. it took 2 months to get in. Dr Rieter was very nice and understanding. Very infomative and I didn't get gaslit like I do with most Dr's. The staff was kind courteous and thorough....but.... it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for a 10 minute consult with the Dr. BE PREPARED TO WAIT!!
