I'll preface this by saying Dr. Shah, his PA, and nurse are amazing; however the front office staff is horrible. I was seeing Dr. Shah for an issue that resolved in 2019. However this issue resurfaced in late 2020. I called to make an appointment, as instructed by my Rheumatologist and Primary Care Physician, and his scheduler, Gloria, said my issue was not a big deal and did warrant a need for an appointment with Dr. Shah. She said this without even consulting the doctor. She said she would ask Dr. Shah, but most likely it was "not a big deal". This was in November. I never got a call back. My issue actually got worse but thankfully I am now being seen by a different cardiologist with a different hospital group. Don't waste your time here. The schedulers act like doctors themselves and play bets with your life.
