AllSet Urgent Care Cross Timbers

5 stars isn't enough! Melissa and Pam are the sweetest, most kind and compassionate ladies! They were absolute angels! They truly care, and you can tell, the minute you walk in. Our visit there was completely unlike anything we had ever experienced. We were so impressed with the facility and especially the care my husband received. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the experience we had. If you need urgent care, this is absolutely the place to go! These ladies were awesome!

Pam & Michelle were excellent. I love coming to this Urgent Care. They are very efficient, friendly and overall Amazing!! I was seen and treated and walking out the door before my actual scheduled appointment time. Thanks for everything and what you do everyday taking care of your patients.

Absolutely the best. Got in right away. Very professional and friendly. They listened to me and took care of me right away and I was out in less than 30 min. I will alway come to this office for urgent care.

My experience with Pam and staff was subpar. Not sure how any doctor can practice not knowing their vitamins, or the nuanced nature of basic infections and their "checklist of symptoms" that may or may not be present, even after discussing the patients' background that would coincide with said infection. Nobody knew the details of testing and was uneducated on such. Gave me the run around, and tried to get me to come back in when they know they dropped the ball on my first visit. Will be letting my PCP of the same network know about this location. Generally unhelpful, waste of $30 for no treatment. You should know people are going to be demanding and concerned about their bodies going into a field like this, and meet them with empathy. Not attitude.
