I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I loathe going to the hospital. We are frequently in hospitals. I have never experienced such wonderful care from hospital staff like I did with the staff here. Im not sure if the spelling of his name is correct, but, Bear was amazing. He worked night shift on 8/10. He was incredible. I kinda freaked out while on a certain medication they gave me and he was so patient, kind and helpful in calming me down until the doctor came in. Doctor was thorough and quick. The facility was clean and appealing. Highly recommend this facility for any emergencies you have.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lori Burnett is a complete joke to say the least. Front desk had poor communication to my pcps nurse and I was trying to address my health care needs and make an appointment. I was pretty much told by Dr. Wiseman and this Lori lady my pain and issues where of no concern and I could wait tell my next follow up appointment. She also had stated the doctor had changed my ultrasound orders from just the appendix to abdomen, that was a lie. Our patient charts tell us what the doctors order and that was not the case.Lori if you think a doctor saying his patient can just remain in pain and not address it is protocol u need to find a new job cause this one isn't it for u. You want to call others rude, hahaha, u constantly interrupt people and you don't comprehend anything the patient says, it's like it goes in one ear and out the other. The director u also said would be reaching out to me still hasn't. I want your rubbish off of my chart.

Dr Pratt ignored my symptoms that were getting progressively worse over six months. She was rude during my last visit, listened to my lungs and said they were clear. The next day I went to urgent care. After explaining my situation had progressed over a period of 6 months she asked if I had been out of the country. I had been to Paris, London and Amsterdam six months before this visit. It appears I may have picked up a bacterial infection that doesn't always show up on normal tests. I could barely talk without being out of breath and was wheezing horribly. They treated me and I could finally breathe without coughing and wheezing. Dr Pratt complained about treating me for any weight loss issues saying it's just too time consuming and they don't have enough time in the day to deal with insurance companies. The first thing she recommended was gastric surgery! The staff at the front desk aren't always friendly and do not seem to be happy most of the time. I do not recommend this clinic or doctor. Thankfully I have found an ARPN at Integris who actually cares, listens and is happy to assist with weight loss. I am down 30lbs and counting (no surgery) and I can breathe again. It appears my thyroid was also out of control (explains the fatigue I kept telling Dr Pratt about) even though Dr Pratt said it was normal.

We love Dr. Thompson and her nurse, Aimee! They are the best!!

I love my primary doctor easy to dealing with and she nice even the stuff are friendly and clean area as always and quicker and easy so far i always have a good experience there By. R. Evans
