Dr Bhaktaram was my father's cardiologist. His office treated my father like family. We initially perceived the doctor as being a little rigid but within a couple of visits we found he was a compassionate and efficient doctor. He was thorough in answering our questions. My father's case was particularly complicated but he displayed patience with us in planning his treatment. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Bhaktaram has saved my husband's life more than once. He has been our Cardiologist for 19 years and is now my mother's cardiologist. Yes his office is busy, but that's because he takes his time with his patients and listens, he's NOT a quick drive through service doctor. He cares.
Liked the Dr. Personally, but has terrible bedside manners. Way too blunt and "if you dont stop you will die!" "Do you want to die?" No, Im not a 15 year old so dont talk to me like one!
Take a number, as that is all you will be with this doctor. No interaction, no communication. I have no confidence in him at all. And Terrible bedside manner.
Bad bedside manner, lacks listening skills, never really address test results. You are just a number.
