I had shortness of breath, my insurance suggested OK Heart Health in McAlester OK, due to it being closer to me. I scheduled with Jennifer Brewer, she set up a nuclear stress test and echocardiogram. I went to OK City to have that done. I was then told that I had a blockage that may require a stent, so I was scheduled with Dr. Chung. I went to see Dr. Chung and in the middle of my visit he was called to the hospital for an emergency, I understand that but, he didn't explain what was happening and just said I can schedule for an angiogram if I wanted to. I told him that if I didn't need to then I wouldn't, he said that I did need to have it done. So, went to OK city, had angiogram done, he said I didn't have any blockages but I have a lot of pressure on my heart and told my Husband and daughter that we would discuss medication at my follow up appointment the next week. Get to my follow up appointment, he stated no blockages, (which is great) and mentioned a lot of pressure again. He did not want to go over what a lot of pressure meant and suggested I go back to the other doctor to figure out what to do from there. He only handles blockages. I called his nurse the next day and told her I think he needs to at least explain what the pressure could be, since it was on his report. She was going to talk to him and get back to me. I had to call on Friday and leave a message to remind her, this is Tuesday and I am still waiting. Now I'm out more time off of work and more money. I do not recommend Dr. Chung. He gets done with what he says and walks out of the room.
