Was seeing Dr Siddiqui in El Reno, but I'm SO sick of the awful attitude of the nurse Kimberly. She has the WORST attitude, no matter the day, or what I call about. Usually the other staff is great, but somehow I always get stuck speaking with Kimberly. Sad that I will have to find another provider because of the nastiness of one of his nurses.
Worst healthcare experience of my life in the ER today. You have other options.
The clinic is wonderful. Service is top notch. However the ER side where you have to go get labs done is ridiculous. My wife has been waiting for over an hour and a half. . Just to get blood drawn. There are 5 people behind us in line. We ask the gentleman at the desk.. they say it will be longer. Just be patient. We are definitely not satisfied with this kind of care. Especially from our new local ER.
Service and staff is over the top very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially my Dr Siddiqui who does not ever tell you this is what you need to take and then write the script that's all. He explains why he feels this is what needs to happen and breaks it all down in terms that I can understand then asks if it is okay with me if he do that for me at that time. Totally awesome and great guy and Dr!!!
Absolutely over it wasted my time and money! Didn't even talk to me about ANY of the issues I will find someone else and will never return here
