Everyone here is always professional, helpful, and kind. They are a free clinic so yes, they get very busy and I would imagine, overwhelmed at times. Sometimes, the appointments are set out a while but so is everyone else in healthcare now. When I really need something, they always make it happen for me.
They're okay for just regular appointments the dental SUCKS you're better off seeing an outside dentist I get it's free but you can tell let's just say that
Waited over an hour to get into my appointment we arrived at 10:30 didn't get out until 2:00pm took longer than the appointment just to get seen
I constantly try to give this place grace but I just can't anymore, the staff is okay, anytime I need to make an appointment same day I never can. They open at 8, and I'm sick ash this morning, so I called early, a couple times, I left a voicemail, I didn't leave multiple messages like they asked. I called over and over hoping either someone will answer or call me back, and guess what no one did. So I call again around 8:30 and someone FINALLY answers (he was nice btw) and tells me "oh we had appointments this morning but they all got taken" I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, Y'all never call back, never pick up the phone in the morning, office people in the front!!! Learn to do your job!!!
I'm an elder with Stage IV cancer currently fighting Pancreatic and Andrenal Gland tumors & I don't expect preferential treatment but I do expect the phones to be answered and calls to be returned. I left 4 messages for Dental (8/20 & 21) and no call has been received. Clinic Director needs to address this issue.
