Very friendly staff and Doctor. Very professional, timely, and efficient. I didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Mao asks lots of questions about your health and allows you plenty of time to ask her questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me out the door. I'm very thankful that she comes to Ponca City to see and treat patients.

It was my pleasure to recently see Dr. Tiffany Mao for follow up review of my heart health. Dr. Mao is very receptive to discussing any concerns or changes in my health issues. She is very thorough and reviewed information I brought with me. Even though heart health can be a serious conversation, Dr. Mao found moments to lighten the conversation to give us both a good laugh. I left feeling I was in competent hands. Her staff, as always, was very friendly and considerate.

Dr. Mao is very personable and thorough. She is excellent and explaining issues that are hard for a layman to understand and takes all the time needed to discuss any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her and her staff is great as well!

We love Dr Mao!, she is so well informed and knowledgeable about my husband's case. She takes time to listen and to explain. Her staff has all been very easy to work with. Special note about Kim, she is an exceptional person and nurse to be handling Dr Mao's patients. She also takes time to listen, explain, makes using Dr Mao's service even better.
