Everyone there was amazing and attentive. Dana and Ashleigh in the ER department definitely went above and beyond. You can tell when someone is sincere about their job and not just about getting paid. I really appreciate that. Ashley, Bella, Jed, Candace and Chelsea all on the 2nd floor were fantastic. I am sure I forgot a few names but I really appreciate every single person there. They took excellent care of me. Anyone that I interacted with on the 2nd floor were fantastic! Doctor Gordon is phenomenal. The nutrition staff who brought my meals were so kind and wonderful. It's been several years since I've been to this hospital and the last time was awful. They've really stepped it up.

Dr. Morgan and the nurses were all amazing. Haylee was the nurse in the room monitoring my vitals and let me tell you she was amazing in the way she made you feel safe and cared for. Sometimes just the touch of a hand says your safe here and that was her! I highly recommend this group. I also did not do sedation and Dr. Morgan was also great at making me comfortable. Thanks for everything

I've recently had 2 procedures at this facility. I received a call to schedule a pre-op call. Received that call. Received another call the night before to do pre-registration. Check in morning of was easy. I was quoted my insurance and co-pay amount. Paid day of. Through all the calls, nobody had cared to quote me that my insurance did not cover the procedures. Now Im receiving texts for an amount due X2. Someone seems to have failed in this area. I would not have elected the procedures at this time had I known it was covered like my previous 3 surgeries were. All this to say, you need to check preauthorization for insurance yourself because relying on the facility coordinators may leave you with a substantial and unexpected out of pocket expense. Personnel and nursing staff were all pleasant, facility was maintained. My major complaint is the administrative and billing, there seems to have been a missed step resulting in unexpected expenses. Edited to add: since the review i was contacted by the facility. The charges are no longer showing on my account so it has been resolved with professionalism. Maybe a mistake by insurance Im not sure but the financial side has been resolved.

The technician was awesome. She knew her job perfectly. Since it was a "take a picture and wait" kind of thing, she was as also very attentive with warm blankets!

From beginning to end, best experience I've ever had in a hospital. I've had a trach for over ten years and I have been in and out of hospitals. Never a good experience. They were always positive and helpful, kind. Never felt like a burden or they would rather be somewhere other than their job. I'm not sure what floor I was on, but those nurses were angels, not nurses. If I had to recommend or choose a hospital. It would definitely be this one. Thank u AllianceHealth of Durant, my health issues are severe but yall knew what u were doing and and did it with a smile on y'all's faces. God Bless
