We always have such a great experience here. Nancy O'Connell (APRN-CNP) and her nurses Lindsey and Kirsten are always so friendly, great with my kids answer my questions without judgment. Love them. The Ladies out front are always welcoming and knowledgeable. I feel good bringing my kids here knowing they will be taken care of.

Medical staff was amazing and really nice. Doctor Swartz was awesome. We went in for a general check up and shots. The examination was smooth. My son was not afraid and comfortable the whole time.

Rude Front desk people. No good morning or hello just what do you want. Two Ignorant women one old one young. I'm dealing with a sick child I don't want to deal with an attitude. Decided to just leave they laughed as we walked away. They need let go immediately. Such a shame

Medicaid assigned my daughter to this medical group. We attempted to make an appointment somewhere else and were told she had to see this doctor since that's where she was assigned. Rather than go through the process of changing primary doctors through Medicaid which can only be done over the phone during business hours and which I had already done more than once only to have it changed again for no apparent reason, I went ahead and made her a well check thinking they were probably as good as any doctor. We got there for the appointment and filled out all the paperwork, saw the nurse, got worked up and were just about to see the doctor when she asked if my daughter was fully vaccinated. I said she wasn't and the nurse told us we couldn't be seen after all. Integris will not see any patients that aren't fully vaccinated or becoming fully vaccinated. She said she would ask the office manager if there could be an exception since we were assigned there and no one told us but the manager came in and told us no, we had to leave. So heads up, if you aren't fully vaccinated, don't go to integris. I would even avoid their emergency room honestly.

Dr Dean was the best pediatrician for my child. She is caring and approachable to talk to. She gives wonderful advice and made our appointments a pleasure.
