Ascension Medical Group St. John Heart and Vascular Center Bartlesville

I love the Doctors/PAs at the Heart and Vascular Group at Ascension. I should actually narrow that down to Lindsey Downing and Dr. Mehrle, as they are the ones that I actually have positive knowledge of(one PA in there, I do not care for her, but this is a positive review). These two are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend both, if they are accepting new patients. They take their time to listen to you, and explain to you, in detail, what is going on with your health and a plan on how they're going to help you, and how you can help yourself. The nurses, all the girls in the back, the techs, everyone downstairs, and the receptionists are also very kind and knowledgeable. I've never ran into a rude person at the Heart and Vascular Center! So overall, I didn't let one bad apple spoil my experience, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat...pun intended!!!

Haven't seen or heard from doc in almost two years but they keep taking my money for my heart monitor but never calling me when my heart does dumb. Also need to cancel them insurance ran out damn.

From the convenient parking, first class facility to the helpful and friendliness of the front office staff, I had a great experience. The nursing staff is also warm and efficient. I appreciated the super short wait to see my ARPN-CPN, Mollie Bechtelheimer. Her knowledge and professionalism is always refreshing and encouraging. You never feel like you are being rushed through the appointment and you can tell Mollie has actually kept up with all the details of your tests and health challenges. Equally inspiring is the sincerity and highly personalized plan you develop WITH her. It's so nice to feel like you truly have some input in your medical plan. Thank you to the whole cardiology group. You're the best!

if I could give 0 stars I would. The wait is RIDICULOUS. Doctors/receptionists too busy to even listen to what your saying. Try to talk to someone they just take a number and say they will call you back. Very simple communication skills lacking. I had 2 tests scheduled, an ultrasound and then after to go to the hospital for a test. I called to cancel the test at the hospital only and Susan cancelled BOTH. now I have a follow up apt in a week for test results of something they stinking cancelled. Guess that should be cancelled as well because that is just money spent for nothing and another waste of my time to talk about nothing. Too busy or overworked to give appropriate care not sure, nothing but a waste of my time. ASCENSION JANE PHILLIPS.....isn't anything different but the name. Don't take your loved ones there if you expect to recieve medical care. Hope there never comes a day when I need something emergent because Ill probably die on the table. Sorry excuse for a hospital. Do better

The imaging center was very clean & nice. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The testing went very smoothly and quickly. My results were back to me in just a couple of days. All is well
