I have been going to Dr. Sauls about 15 years. He always listens about your concerns and if there is a problem, he will fix it or find the best specialist for your condition. He is always prompt on ordering prescriptions and your annual check ups. Very pleasant and I trust him.
I went in for my yearly wellness check and also a pre admission test for my upcoming surgery, there was no wait time to speak of and the team is very professional and diligent in their work. The testing was straightforward and stress free and I was out in about 15 minutes truly amazing. The results of my bloodwork came over my chart and I needed to start taking a cholesterol medication in which Dr Sauls had it all set to go and was waiting for me to give the okay to do so which I did and am on my way to lowering that number. A very caring Dr and team if you are looking for a doctor look no further.
Please do not see Dr. Sauls as a new patient. We waited 2 months for a new patient appointment. He spent 15 minutes, did not review any previous records, diagnosed something without getting off his stool and basically did NOTHING. It was almost criminal how we were treated. We need a doctor and it so sad that we can't find one that cares.
Dr. Sauls is very detailed about my health status and decisions why or why not he'll prescribe a medicine. It allows me to understand rather than wonder why. He has taken good care of me for over 10 years and has helped me through some difficult health issues.
Dr. Sauls is a very personable physician who is always very professional and thoughtful. I met him 11 years ago after being with my previous doctor for a decade. Throughout the years, he continues to be attentive to all medication concerns and questions regarding my health. He responds very quickly to medication renewals generally within 24 hours. He is organized and I rarely wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. I would highly recommend him to future patients.
