Patient
The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze, as i had completed everything online prior to my appointment. The office had rescheduled my previous appointment, as the cardiologist had some sort of conflict and had to cancel on rather short notice. I had to wait an additional three weeks for this appointment. Since my appointment was at 12:30pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. It is now 1:30pm, and I am still in the waiting room, waiting to be called. Why is it that if a patient is more than 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment, but a doctor can run as late as they please with no accountability?
