Staff is very professional, friendly, and answers any questions if they can. Dr. Younes, was compassionate, and sat there with me as long as I had any questions, or doubts of my upcoming procedure. Prior to him entering the room, I saw an associate, named Rachel who was very charming and prepared us for Dr. Younes. She made me feel relaxed and ready to complete my visit.
Dr. Younes was very attentive. He gave his full attention and explained everything to me. I highly recommend him. This was my initial consultation and he needed to schedule me for a heart cath the next week, which was scary because it all was going so fast, but he explained why it needed to be done and was very reassuring. He is straightforward and compassionate. I am confident I am in good hands. Office staff was amazingly kind and efficient. The whole experience is how Healthcare should be!
Dr. Younes and staff were knowledgeable, caring, read my file and all of my prior tests, reviewed medications, and ordered new tests to determine exactly what is going on and set up a plan of treatment. I did feel heard and Dr. Younes spent ample amount of time with me and my wife. Very thankful he became strongly recommended and thankful he took me on as a patient. I, in turn, strongly recommend Dr. Younes and staff.
We arrived early for our appointment. We really didn't sit long and the staff was very nice. I liked Dr Younes. He seemed to really care about my husband. He listened to what we had to say and was very empathetic. If we need him we will be happy to see him again.
I was very pleased with the check in process being a new patient. There wasn't a gazillion forms and questions. My patient record was referenced and consulted. This keeps a lid on the patient's stress and patience. The nurse practitioner was excellent and very specific. The nurse assistant was also excellent with handling my blood pressure and the attempts to get an accurate reading. Dr Younes was very direct and precise especially when I was making a mess of the timeline. Too many things happened between my hospital stay and a previous doctor's appointment at a different doctor. He was patient and kind and we got my timeline straight.
