I have been going to OhioHealth for more then 10 years and when they changed my doctor to this location and to Jami Keister, everything hit the fan. She is not a good doctor at all. She will refuse you medication, not listen to you, you will wait an hour in the doctors room just waiting to see her. She said I had a heart problem and made me see a cardiologist when nothing was wrong? She will make you waste your time and money. Oh and she is not good and refilling prescriptions and says you have all the prescriptions you need when it's her fault she messes up. I have had issues of her not refilling my medication more then once because it was her mess up. She said I had more medication of an urgent medicine I take and wouldn't refill and I literately ran out, and then banned me from this location for mistrust? when I said " I'm cancelling my appointment and finding a new doctor. Thanks for your help anyway. " lmao what a joke. Do not have her as your primary care doctor. She doesn't care.

This place is a joke!!!! Not feeling good for a couple days: Have a ear ache along with aches and chills. Talked to a nurse who took all my info then said well you have to do a video call. I asked how will the Dr be able to check my ear on a video call. She had no explanation other than you have to do a video call to determine what is wrong with you. After explaining to her my symptoms again being my ear hurts and needs checked. She still said video call. I then agreed to a video call thinking maybe she knows something I don't, like a Dr being able to check my ear over the phone.. maybe there is some new technology (sarcasm). She put me on hold to say there are no video appointments for this week and I would have to go to urgent care. Really??? Why do I have a doctor?? So I have to pay more money that I don't have to go to urgent care. So the patients at urgent care can't catch what I have only the patients at the doctors office can? They just don't make sense. I can go to another facility with my symptoms but not their office. Can someone please explain that to me?

Doctors are amazing however the staff are very rude they always over book and is very slow. You have to make an appointment 2 or 3 months in advance to get in. Medical assistant hardly ever return your call and when they do they just say they'll call you back and you don't hear anything. When you finally see an doctor they apologize and make it clear that no one has sent them message as they say they do. Than they have the doctor so booked she can hardly talk to you without rushing. I hate to have to find a new doctor but since she moved from downtown this has been an absolute nightmare.

I had such a great experience and wonderful care! I had a medical issue happen suddenly and the doctor made time to see me the next day. Even though he was extremely busy. The staff is very friendly and nice. They made me feel like solving my issue was very important to them. I am very happy with the care I received.
