I do not find Dr. Patel to be kind, compassionate, caring or a good listener. She talked over me in my appointment, scolded me for not going to PT for vertigo, which if she would have let me finish, I never agreed to go to PT for vertigo. I thought it was a waste of money. She did refer me out to an ENT, which was very helpful. Brittany, her nurse is great, I will not be going back.

I have always had great experiences with Dr. Patel. The office is clean, staff is friendly, professionals are knowledgeable, and wait time is very short, if at all. If I have a question, Dr Patel is always willing to provide her insight and/or knowledge. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel.
Dr. Patel is very thorough and caring and is passionate about giving her patients a roadmap to live a healthy life. At the time in my life in 2023 that I did was not sure if I would live to see a day in 2024, Dr. Patel did everything in her power to get my diabetes controlled and also lead me to the right specialist to assist me to be cancer free now!
