Update at the end: Very Disappointing Experience - Proceed with Caution Our experience with this doctor's office was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Communication was consistently poor, and follow-up care was severely lacking. After 4 days and multiple attempts to get help for my elderly mother, we were forced to seek care elsewhere just to receive an antibiotic prescription. Despite reaching out directly to office leadership, we received an inadequate response. We then escalated our concerns to OhioHealth leadership and the official communication line--yet still received no follow-up or resolution. If you are assigned a nurse practitioner at this office, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. The lack of accountability and care coordination has been unacceptable. This experience caused unnecessary stress for our family and compromised the timely care my mother needed. We went to OSU primary care in Pickerington and received the prescription and care my mother needed immediately Update: I appreciate the response from Meghan at Ohio Health and overall am very happy with the Ohio Health system. We had a great experience with the X-ray department and I have other care providers who are part of Ohio Health and they are wonderful. I have also had good experiences with the Ohio Health Pickerington ER and that has been positive. It's unfortunate that we had a series of mishaps in the overall experience with the Pickerington Ohio Health Primary Care but Meghan documented and listened to the concerns that I shared. Thank you
