Mount Carmel Medical Group Pataskala

I went and saw Dr. Prince and she was so great. She was very thorough and took her time with our appointment and really listened to my concerns. I appreciate a physician that takes time to get to know their patients. She cares about her patients in all aspects...mind, body, and soul! Will definitely return to see her!

Had my first visit at the Pataskala office this week for my annual well-care appointment. What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! My appointment was with one of the NP's, Dr. Heather Prince. She was kind, understanding and very thorough! I'm glad I made the switch; I'll be back!

UPDATED 8/24/22: No change from initial 5-star review except to say been with this practice now 2 months & greatly appreciate Lucinda's follow-up & care the office puts into every visit. ------------------------------------------------------- Highly recommend! My wife was seen for an old concussion that was never fully treated - more complex than new head trauma. Lucinda Sherman (NP) was wonderful - she listened, was patient, asked great detailed questions & made sure we fully understood our options & detailed next steps! Can't ask for anything else.... and she has a great bedside / sense of humor. We have a new Primary Care office!

First visit & was Great experience, trying to find Doctor that actually gives me their attention & listens to me. THANX Mrs. Prince for great first visit. . Lady at desk was also very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone.

Seen one of the NP's at this practice for the very first time today. I'll NEVER go back! She stated in my EMR, and I quote verbatim: "She is obese". My chief complaint was about my right kidney. Weight loss was never even mentioned during my appointment. I consider this mean, rude, and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! Unbelievable!!
