The office staff is always "looking busy" when you walk in even though there are 3 girls sitting at the windows when you come in. After sitting in the waiting room waiting 40 minutes for my appointment, I finally ask how much longer I was told "the doctor is backed up and it will be at least another 40 minutes, would you like to reschedule?" We'll oroblem one is I already had to schedule a week out for my injury, and took a day off of work for this appointment, so that is not an option. Maybe online scheduling so patients don't have sit and wait for almost 2 hours in your waiting room would be a more viable option?!?! Or letting them their options when walking in the door!
Love the Dr.s but the front staff is awful, except Susie we love Susie. But Jody is nasty, she has been nasty for years! If you hate your job, work somewhere else. Its so depressing walking in that place these days.
Hello girls have very sad looks on there face they are businesslike but not friendly at all and they act as they don't like there. jobs and they talk short to the patients and you can never reach your Doctor for a question or information about a health concern it is way to Corporate in this office treat patients as they are doing them a favor NOT FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF AT ALL. CHANGES ON PROTOCOL IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
I love my doctor, but the ladies at the reception are unacceptable. And don't even try to call, all you get are the answering machines, you leave a message, they never call back. In fact I pointed that out to them last them I went there in person, they denied and said they had been there, and it must be the phone system. I think the physicians need to know what is going on there, and I am certainly telling my doctor the next time, actually in two weeks at my next appointment.
