I was assigned to Dr Jones in Mercy Medical and appreciated her direct and honest approach to communicating with me. Doesn't talk down, and takes the time to listen. I like her even more now that she's in private practice. She actually took the time to call me direct when I had a concern instead of having her assistant relay a message. This is how a person who is caring for your heart SHOULD act.
Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to listen to all that is on your mind. She is personable and I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for a cardiologist.
This doctor has no idea how process' work. She'll take your loved one off ALL medications at the blink of an eye, which no professional in their right mind would do, then refuse to see them until it's convenient for HER schedule (If it ever happens) Whoever gave her certification should have it revoked before people die.
Dr. Jone performed a TEE for me prior to a cardiac ablation to treat persistent A-fib. She was awesome and very personable. Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from.
General doc sent us to Mercy ER to see a cardiologist. 3 days later - all testing done, chest discomfort still exists & being discharged per Jones. Whom we NEVER SAW ONCE!!
