Monroe Urgent Care

I consistently come to this urgent care whenever I'm sick. The facility is always clean, the staff is welcoming, and Dr. Francis provides thorough and compassionate care. I highly recommend this urgent care to family and friends.

Our company is a logistics company with 1,000 employees. Today, we used this facility to have three people from our company, including myself, take drug tests, but the older women working inside treated us disrespectfully and rudely. We will never use this facility again. Do not use it.

I NEVER leave reviews especially for an urgent care, but the staff was absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond and made my 3 year olds visit amazing! She was laughing and smiling the whole time!

The reviews already here speak for themselves, but after multiple bad experiences I decided to provide a review of my own. There are two people at this office who consistently provide wonderful care and bedside manner. Everyone else is hit or miss. I was treated extremely poorly on multiple occasions by one of the providers with the last occasion ending in me leaving in tears. I reached out several times to discuss this with management/owners and never received any acknowledgement whatsoever outside of the Admin Coordinator. I honestly was shocked they didn't care enough to even acknowledge my concerns. Even after this, I decided to give them another chance 6+ months later because of the provider there who actually does care. I had not had any significant issues since until my husband was recently treated horribly by the front office staff. It's evident by all of the reviews and Facebook posts that there are people working here who have no business working with the public in a customer service role, but for some reason this office keeps them. It's really unfortunate because there are also staff here who are wonderful at their job. Sadly, it's often overshadowed by the staff who treat patients as an inconvenience. After years of defending this place when they were being bashed on Facebook, I can't do it anymore. I don't know what the final straw will be, but at some point you have to acknowledge that having front office staff who hate their job and treat your customers like garbage isn't the answer.
